Courthouse News Service reports that Kia “Awesome Kong” Stevens is suing Bubba the Love Sponge (Todd Clem) and AT&T following a supposed phone call in which the radio host allegedly threatened to kill her, berating her with a sequence of racial slurs in the process.

Kong, who had an infamous backstage altercation with Bubba after he made disparaging remarks regarding efforts to raise relief money for Haiti, says that he called her from a blocked number at 5AM on February 10.

According to her claim, Bubba identified himself and then alluded to the fact that the call was being broadcast on the radio. The suit continues, “the caller then started talking in a stream, threatening to come to the petitioner’s house and ‘sucker punch’ her until she stopped breathing and then said, ‘You’ll be dead like all those other n*ggers in Haiti you fat black bitch…Fuck Haiti!”

He allegedly added, “‘What do ya think about that, Monkey Kong?’…’What? Those big fat Jimmy Walker lips ain’t talking sh*t now, huh?’”

Kong claims that she recognized Bubba’s voice, creating confidence that the caller was not an impostor.

AT&T reportedly refused to identify the number responsible for the blocked call, which explains the corporation’s position in the lawsuit.
