News on Vickie Guerrero’s WWE Exit, New RAW GM

Vickie Guerrero’s resignation announcement on Monday’s RAW, which ultimately turned out to be a storyline exaggeration of her decision to step away from the wrestling business, included a bitter “roast” from storyline husband Edge. Edge held little back about Vickie’s looks, but according to PWInsider.com, Guerrero had no problem with the segment whatsoever.

Unlike typical “humiliation” segments, this one did not leave the subject (Guerrero) hurt–she supported her likely final moments on WWE television and, according to F4WOnline.com, is leaving WWE on good terms.

With Guerrero out, however, there is a vacancy for the RAW general manager position. PWInsider says no decision has been made regarding the future of RAW’s leadership, although next week’s RAW location–Charlotte–will undoubtedly fuel speculation about Ric Flair being the substitute.
