Zendaya & Chris Brown’s “Something New” Reached 11.9K US Sales Last Week

Originally slated for a February 5 release, Zendaya’s new single “Something New (featuring Chris Brown)” made its iTunes debut slightly early.

According to Nielsen Music, it sold 3,904 US copies through February 4.

The single then sold an additional 7,968 US downloads during the February 5-11 tracking week (bringing its cumulative total to 11,872). It was the tracking week’s #140 single.

Republic is currently promoting “Something New” at rhythmic and pop radio. It ranked within the Top 50 at both formats last week, and it is expected to reach the Top 40 this week.
