Chris Stapleton’s “From A Room: Volume 1” Grabs Grammy For Best Country Album

Stapleton was definitely the big country winner at this year’s Grammys.

Chris Stapleton won two Grammys during the pre-show portion of the ceremony: Best Country Song (“Broken Halos”) and Best Country Solo Performance (“Either Way”).

He also won an award during the primetime portion of the show.

Stapleton’s “From A Room: Volume 1” was named the Best Country Album.

Stapleton’s release beat out Kenny Chesney’s “Cosmic Hallelujah,” Lady Antebellum’s “Heart Break,” Thomas Rhett’s “Life Changes,” and Little Big Town’s “The Breaker.”

Stapleton will be taking the stage for a performance during Sunday’s broadcast, which is airing on CBS.
