Up two places, the song rises to #4 on this week’s edition of the listing.
“My Type” received ~4,963 spins during the August 25-31 tracking period. This week’s count tops last week’s mark by a whopping 630 plays, which ranks as the week’s second-greatest airplay gain. Only Megan Thee Stallion’s “Hot Girl Summer (featuring Nicki Minaj & Ty Dolla $ign)” enjoyed a bigger lift.
“My Type” is the only new addition to the Top 5. It is also the first Top 5 rhythmic radio hit for Saweetie.
It is also in the Top 10 at urban radio and Top 50 at pop radio.
