The Head and the Heart’s “Missed Connection” completes its ascent to the top of the Mediabase alternative radio chart.

The song, which was #2 on last week’s listing, secures #1 on this week’s chart. It received ~3,134 spins during the July 14-20 tracking period, topping last week’s figure by 313 spins.

Up two places, Billie Eilish’s “bad guy” claims the runner-up position. The multi-format hit received ~2,949 alternative spins this week (+234).

After a six-week stint at #1, The Lumineers’ “Gloria” falls to #3. Shaed’s “Trampoline” slips one spot to #4, while Of Monsters & Men’s “Alligator” holds at #5.
