Camila Cabello’s pop and hot adult contemporary #1 “Never Be The Same” just reached a new multi-platinum tier in the United States.
According to the RIAA, the track reached the 3x platinum mark in late March. The award confirms 3 million in US units, with each unit equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.
With the new certification, “Never Be The Same” ties the Machine Gun Kelly collaboration “Bad Things” as the second-most-certified single of Cabello’s solo career. The 7x platinum “Havana” remains the leader in that regard.
“Never Be The Same” appears on Cabello’s platinum-certified, chart-topping, Grammy-nominated debut solo album “Camila.”
