BTS’ new single “Boy With Luv (featuring Halsey)” will arrive on the morning of Friday, April 12, and Columbia will waste not time commencing the radio campaign.
News came Friday that the song will go for immediate pop radio airplay. The initial playlist adds will be reported in conjunction with the April 16 add board (its “impact date”).
“Boy With Luv” appears on BTS’ forthcoming “Map Of The Soul: Persona,” which is considered a safe bet to debut atop the Billboard 200.
BTS last charted at pop radio as part of Steve Aoki’s “Waste It On Me.” Halsey recently hit #1 with her own “Without Me” and as part of the “Eastside” collaboration with Benny Blanco and Khalid.
