Following Tuesday’s “The Voice” results show, only thirteen contestants remain in the fifteenth season of the program.
Teams Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, and Team Jennifer are now each represented by three contestants. Team Kelly Clarkson, by virtue of the new “comeback” element of the competition, has four left.
DeAndre Nico, Reagan Strange and Tyke James will represent Team Adam. Nico and Strange advanced based on America’s vote, while James received the coach’s save.
Shelton’s final three contestants are Kirk Jay, Chris Kroeze and Dave Fenley. Jay and Kroeze were America’s selections, while Fenley received his ticket from Shelton.
MaKenzie Thomas, Kennedy Holmes and SandyRedd will compete for Team Jennifer. Thomas and Holmes earned the greatest vote totals, while SandyRedd received Hudson’s blessing to advance.
Clarkson will coach Sarah Grace, Chevel Shepherd, Kymberli Joye and Lynnea Moorer in the next phase of the competition. Grace and Shepherd received America’s vote, Joye received the coach’s save, and Moorer selected Clarkson after becoming the inaugural “comeback artist.”
