Hip-hop superstar Cardi B spends another week as the top solo female act on the Billboard Artist 100.
Cardi B takes #6 on this week’s edition of the overall chart. She only trails three male solo artists (Drake at #1, Post Malone at #2 and XXXTentacion at #3), a group with male members (Florence + The Machine at #4) and an all-male group (BTS at #5).
The Artist 100 ranks the top artists in America based on factors like album sales, song sales, streams and social media activity.
Since releasing her “Invasion Of Privacy” album earlier this year, Cardi B has ranked as the top female soloist far more often than not.
Taylor Swift, who takes #11 on the overall chart, ranks as this week’s #2 solo female. Ariana Grande follows as the #3 female (#14 overall), while Camila Cabello (#4 female, #20 overall) and Dua Lipa (#5 female, #22 overall) complete the Top 5.
Other high-ranking female solo artists include Ella Mai (#6 female, #24 overall), Nicki Minaj (#7 female, #39 overall), Halsey (#8 female, #45 overall), Bebe Rexha (#9 female, #46 overall), and Selena Gomez (#10 female, #47 overall).
