In addition to soaring to #3 on this week’s ARIA Australian Top 50 Singles Chart, Khalid & Normani’s “Love Lies” picks up a new accreditation in the Land Down Under.
ARIA confirms that the single is now platinum in Australia. The award signifies at least 70,000 in Australian units.
ARIA also issued platinum certifications to Calum Scott’s “You Are The Reason” and N.E.R.D & Rihanna’s “Lemon” this week. Auspop first reported the “Lemon” certification.
As noted, “Love Lies” rises to #3 on this week’s ARIA chart. It is celebrating its eighth week on the listing.
“You Are The Reason,” which has thus far gone as high as #27, is #42 on this week’s chart. It has been on the listing for 10 weeks.
“Lemon,” which peaked at #44, does not appear on this week’s chart.
