John Prine, Sturgill Simpson & Brandi Carlile Performed On Colbert’s “Late Show”

Update: Appearing in support of his new album “The Tree Of Forgiveness,” John Prine took the stage on Thursday’s “Late Show With Stephen Colbert.”

He did not perform alone.

Prine was accompanied by critically acclaimed artists Sturgill Simpson and Brandi Carlile. Simpson will also be supporting Prine at his Friday night Radio City Music Hall concert.

Thursday’s “Late Show With Stephen Colbert” features three immensely talented musical guests.

The performance comes one night before Prine and Simpson play the iconic Radio City Music Hall.

In addition to the Prine-Simpson-Carlile performance, Thursday’s edition of “The Late Show” features interviews with Joshua Jackson and Diane Sawyer.
