Luke Bryan’s “Light It Up” Reaches #1 At Country Radio

The country superstar scores his latest country radio #1.

As Luke Bryan’s new album “What Makes You Country” enters the market, lead single “Light It Up” hits #1 at country radio.

Up one place from last week’s position, “Light It Up” earns #1 on this week’s Mediabase country radio singles chart.

It seizes the throne from Garth Brook’s “Ask Me How I Know,” which drops out of the Top 5 after a single week at #1.

Not simply the leader in chart points, “Light It Up” ranks as the Mediabase country panel’s most-played and most-heard song for the December 3-9 tracking period.

It received ~8,498 spins (+724) and ~57.113 million audience impressions.

A two-place rise brings Blake Shelton’s “I’ll Name The Dogs” to #2, while Brett Young’s “Like I Loved You” climbs two spots to #3.

Eric Church’s “Round Here Buzz” also ascends two places, in its case moving from #6 to #4.

LANco’s “Greatest Love Story” concurrently falls two spots to #5.
