Chris Brown’s “Look At Me Now” Reaches 5x Platinum, Several Other Songs Also Earn New Certifications

Chris Brown just picked up a handful of new platinum and multi-platinum certifications.

The RIAA delivered a host of good news to Chris Brown on October 3, 2017.

Eight of his singles received new platinum or multi-platinum certifications in the United States.

The biggest award went to “Look At Me Now.” That song reached the 5x platinum milestone, signifying 5 million in US units.

Each unit is equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.

Other certifications went to “Yeah 3X” (2x platinum, 2 million), “Deuces” (2x platinum, 2 million), “Don’t Wake Me Up” (2x platinum, 2 million), “Beautiful People” (platinum, 1 million), “Strip” (platinum, 1 million), “Back To Sleep” (platinum, 1 million) and “She Ain’t You” (platinum, 1 million).
