Sam Hunt’s “Body Like A Back Road” spent a record 34 weeks atop the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.

It became a rare country song to reach the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100.

As of October 16, 2017, it also boasts a quadruple platinum certification in the United States.

Issued by the RIAA, the 4x platinum certification confirms 4 million in US units. Each unit is equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.

Obviously dominant in Hunt’s core country format, “Body” also enjoyed crossover success at hot adult contemporary and pop radio.
