Brett Young’s “In Case You Didn’t Know” Certified 2x Platinum In US

The hit country ballad earns a multi-platinum certification.

This past May, “In Case You Didn’t Know” became the first Brett Young single to go platinum in the United States.

Last week, it became the country artist’s first multi-platinum single.

According to the RIAA, the ballad went double-platinum on August 23, 2017. The award confirms 2 million in US units.

Each unit is equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.

“In Case You Didn’t Know” peaked at #19 on the Billboard Hot 100, #1 on Billboard Country Airplay and #2 on Billboard Hot Country Songs.
