Thomas Rhett’s new album “Life Changes” arrives on September 8.
Ahead of the release, the country star will perform on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”
NBC lists Rhett for the September 6 edition of its late-night talk show.
The episode will also feature interviews with Seth MacFarlane and Elisabeth Moss, as well as the latest edition of “Fallonventions.”
