Selena Gomez’ “Bad Liar” finally shows up in a weekly Mediabase/Critical Mass Media pop radio callout report, and its numbers are not good.
“Bad Liar” is one of the worst-scoring songs for positive reaction, negative reaction, net positive reaction and
“favorite” rating.
Per the report, which is based on a survey of pop radio listeners, “Bad Liar” received a “positive” score from 51.3% of listeners. A substantial 28.8% gave it a negative rating, yielding a “net positive” score of just 22.5%.
Only 12.9% labeled it a “favorite.”
Of the 18 songs featured in this week’s report, “Bad Liar” has the lowest positive and net positive scores, second-highest (worst) negative score and second-lowest favorite score.
Only Harry Styles’ “Sign Of The Times” received a worse negative score. Only Shawn Mendes’ “There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back” has a lower favorite rating.
“Bad Liar” is #14 on Mediabase’s building pop airplay chart for the June 25-July 1 tracking week.
