The summer is just getting started, but passionate television fans are likely already anticipating the fall — and the season premieres of their favorite shows.
NBC just revealed when its fall series will commence their new seasons.
NBC will officially begin its fall 2017 season with the September 25 premiere of “The Voice.” Jennifer Hudson and Miley Cyrus will be joining Blake Shelton and Adam Levine as coaches this season.
Several other NBC shows, including “The Brave,” “This Is Us,” “Law & Order True Crime: The Menendez Murders,” “Chicago PD,” and “Will & Grace,” will also premiere that week.
Two shows will meanwhile open in October. NBC’s relocated “The Blacklist” will begin its new season on Wednesday, October 4 (allowing “The Voice” to have a three-night premiere the prior week), while relocated “Blindspot” will open season three on Friday, October 27.
