B96 went on something of an add spree this week, officially confirming its support for seven songs.
Reporting to the February 21 pop radio add board, the influential Chicago station says it picked up Kygo x Selena Gomez’ “It Ain’t Me,” Maroon 5’s “Cold (featuring Future),” Linkin Park’s “Heavy (featuring kiiara),” Migos’ “Bad And Boujee (featuring Lil Uzi Vert),” Dua Lipa’s “Be The One,” Axwell & Ingrosso’s “I Love You (featuring Kid Ink),” and Chance The Rapper’s “All Night (featuring Knox Fortune).”
“It Ain’t Me,” “Cold” and “Heavy” all premiered this past week. “Bad And Boujee,” the reigning #1 at rhythmic and urban radio, just entered the Top 30 at the pop format. “Be The One,” “I Love You,” and “All Night” are just beginning to receive attention from pop programmers; B96 is actually the first pop station to confirm support for “Be The One.”
Headline Planet’s weekly pop radio add recap is due by 7PM ET Tuesday.
