Update 3: The news continues to get worse for those anticipating an Ariana Grande appearance on the February 22 “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”
Last week, NBC initially said she would appearing for an interview and performance on the episode.
It then revised its listing to confirm she would only be appearing for an interview.
It now seems she will not be appearing at all. Grande has been replaced by Neil Patrick Harris on the official “Tonight Show” website.

Update: Early Thursday, NBC issued a press note saying Ariana Grande would be appearing as an interview and musical guest on the February 22 “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”
NBC issued an updated lineup Thursday evening.
Grande is now only listed as an interview guest. Ken Jeong and Josh Johnson are also confirmed for appearances; no musical guest is listed.

Ariana Grande’s “Dangerous Woman Tour” heads to New York’s Madison Square Garden on February 23.
The night before the big show, Grande will head to Rockefeller Center for an appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”
NBC confirms that Grande will be an interview and musical guest on the broadcast. The February 22 episode will also feature an interview with Ken Jeong.
