Interscope has made the inevitable official: Rae Sremmurd’s “Black Beatles (featuring Gucci Mane)” will be pushed at pop radio.

The song has been added to Interscope’s pop radio roster, which also includes songs like Maroon 5’s “Don’t Wanna Know,” Lady Gaga’s “Million Reasons,” X Ambassadors’ “Unsteady,” OneRepublic’s “Kids,” and MGK x Camila Cabello’s “Bad Things.”

The news comes as the song – the centerpiece of the “Mannequin Challenge” viral stunt – continues its impressive sales and streaming performance. It is currently #1 on the all-genre US iTunes chart and #1 on the daily US Spotify chart.

“Black Beatles” had been gaining urban and rhythmic radio traction even prior to the eruption of the “Mannequin Challenge.”
