The album responsible for Troye Sivan’s platinum-certified single “Youth” now has a Recording Industry Association of America certification of its own.
Sivan’s album “Blue Neighbourhood” is now gold in the United States.
“Blue Neighbourhood” received the RIAA gold award on September 16, 2016. The honor confirms a US unit total of at least 500,000.
Under the terms of the RIAA’s albums program, each unit is equal to 1 album sale, 10 track sales or 1500 track streams.
