MTV has not yet confirmed performers for the 2016 Video Music Awards pre-show, but it has revealed one of the co-hosts.
Wednesday afternoon, the network revealed that DJ Khaled will co-host the one-hour broadcast. The pre-show airs from 8-9PM ET, leading directly into the 9PM Video Music Awards ceremony.
The VMAs ceremony takes place this Sunday at Madison Square Garden. Despite the fact that only a few days remain until the big event, MTV has not revealed much about the lineup. It has not confirmed a main show host or any awards presenters, and it has only revealed four musical performances — Vanguard Award winner Rihanna, Britney Spears (with G-Eazy), Nick Jonas (with Ty Dolla $ign), and Future.
