Reporting to the August 23 pop radio add board, the influential Los Angeles pop station confirms it has picked up the artist’s breakthrough single.
KIIS also added Drake’s “Controlla” and twenty one pilots’ “Heathens” this week.
“Controlla” is the reigning #1 at urban radio and a recent #1 at rhythmic. It has spent the past few weeks bubbling under the Top 40 at pop.
“Heathens” is nearing #1 at alternative radio. It has also been gaining rapid traction at the pop and hot adult contemporary formats.
