DJ Snake & Justin Bieber’s “Let Me Love You” Reaches #1 on US iTunes Sales Chart

Update: DJ Snake’s “Let Me Love You (featuring Justin Bieber)” has reached the top of the US iTunes mountain.

As of 11:15AM ET, it is #1 on the US all-genre single sales chart. It seized the throne from The Chainsmokers’ “Closer (featuring Halsey),” which had ruled the chart for the past several days.

Not simply the leader among tracks on his new album “Encore,” DJ Snake’s “Let Me Love You (featuring Justin Bieber)” is Friday’s hottest-selling new song on the US iTunes store, period.

As of 9:35AM ET, the song is #2 on the US iTunes sales chart. Only The Chainsmokers’ “Closer (featuring Halsey)” is positioned higher, and there is a chance “Let Me Love You” will soon overtake that one as well.

“Let Me Love You” joins the chart’s upper reaches as another Bieber track involving “Lean On” collaborators — Major Lazer’s “Cold Water (featuring Justin Bieber & MØ)” — is positioned at #4.

Also in the Top 5: twenty one pilots’ “Heathens” (#3) and Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop The Feeling” (#5).
