NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” returns for a twelfth season next summer. Per a press statement from NBC, all five season eleven principals will also be returning.
That means “AGT” fans will again see Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Mel B, and Howie Mandel at the judging table. Nick Cannon, meanwhile, will be back as the host.
“With the addition of Simon, the chemistry between our judges has grown even stronger and it’s easy to see how much enthusiasm they bring to the show night after night,” said NBC’s Paul Telegdy. “Nick adds a boundless energy as host that ties everything together. We’re thrilled to have such a strong team returning for season 12.”
“AGT” remains a summer ratings force; thus far, season eleven ranks as the show’s most-watched in five years.
