The lead single from Dierks Bentley’s “Black” is officially the top song at country radio.

Up one place, Bentley’s “Somewhere On A Beach” takes #1 on this week’s Mediabase country radio singles chart. It seizes the throne from Chris Young & Cassadee Pope’s “Think Of You,” which slips to #2 after a single week on top.

Not simply the week’s leader in chart points, “Beach” also ranks as the Mediabase country panel’s most played and most heard song.

It received ~8,975 spins (+471) and ~62.748 million audience impressions during the official May 1-7 tracking week.

Just below the aforementioned “Think Of You” is Old Dominion’s “Snapback,” which holds at #3. Dustin Lynch’s “Mind Reader” repeats at #4, while Blake Shelton’s “Came Here To Forget” rises one place to #5.
