Rachel Platten’s “Better Place” Officially Reaches Hot AC Radio’s Top 40

Last week, Rachel Platten’s “Better Place” soared into the Top 60 at hot adult contemporary radio.

This week, the follow-up to “Stand By You” vaults into the Top 40.

Up fifteen places, “Better Place” claims #36 on this week’s Mediabase Hot AC chart. It received 424 spins during the April 3-9 tracking week (+296).

“Better Place” represents Platten’s opportunity to score a third straight Hot AC #1. She previously reached the chart’s pinnacle with the aforementioned “Stand By You” and its predecessor “Fight Song.”

“Better Place” is the week’s only addition to the Top 40.
