Kenny Chesney’s “Noise” Debuts at #28 On Mediabase Country Radio Chart; High Valley Joins Top 50

On the one hand, Kenny Chesney’s “Noise” did not debut until the afternoon of the fifth day of the March 20-26 tracking week.

On the other hand, “Noise” received promotional, “on the hour” airplay from the iHeartMedia Network during its first twenty four hours of release.

The latter benefit helped Chesney’s new single overcome the former handicap — and score a prominent debut on this week’s Mediabase country radio singles chart.

“Noise” starts at #28 on this week’s listing. The debut position is attributable to the song’s 6,616 tracking week chart points.

In conjunction with that chart score, “Noise” received 2,061 tracking week spins and 14.225 million tracking week audience impressions.

— “Noise” is one of two songs to begin charting within the Top 50 this week.

High Valley’s “Make You Mine,” the other, takes #50 on the strength of its 1,430 tracking week chart points (+233). It was #53 last week.

“Make You Mine” received 390 weekly spins (+54) and 2.068 million weekly audience impressions.

— While not new to the Top 50, Sam Hunt’s “Raised On It” re-enters the chart even as Hunt’s actual single “Make You Miss Me” continues to gain traction (it is up four spots to #37 this week). Up two places, “Raised On It” grabs the #49 position on this week’s Mediabase country radio chart.
