Twenty One Pilots’ “Ride” Headed For #1 at Alternative Radio

The follow-up to twenty one pilots’ smash “Stressed Out” is set to reach #1 on this week’s Mediabase alternative airplay chart.

“Ride,” the latest single from the duo’s “Blurryface,” received 1,518 spins during the first four days of the March 20-26 tracking week. Up 19.8% from last week’s count, the tally slots “Ride” at #1 on Mediabase’s building airplay chart.

Absent any imminent threats from below, the song will have no trouble retaining its #1 spot through the close of tracking.

The aforementioned “Stressed Out” was the duo’s first alternative radio chart-topper. It ultimately ruled for 12 weeks.
