Thanks to recent exposure on the syndicated “The Bobby Bones Show,” Love And Theft’s critically acclaimed country single “Whiskey On My Breath” enjoyed a massive weekly sales gain.

According to Nielsen Music, “Whiskey” sold 14,753 paid US downloads during the January 22-28 tracking week. The tally, enough for #64 on the all-genre Digital Songs listing, bests the previous week’s mark by a whopping 1620%.

Through January 28, “Whiskey” — which has not received major label promotion at country radio — had sold 96,265 copies.

The single is the title track from the duo’s 2015 album, which was its first since the infamous split from RCA Nashville.
