Chris Young’s “I’m Comin’ Over” Certified Platinum in the US

Formal promotion attention may be shifting to his new single “Think of You (with Cassadee Pope),” but Chris Young’s previous release “I’m Comin’ Over” is not done amassing achievements.

The country radio chart-topper was recently certified platinum under the RIAA’s digital singles program.

Issued on January 11, 2016, the certification confirms a US unit total of at least 1 million. One unit is equal to 1 paid download or 100 streams.

While Young has released several gold singles, “I’m Comin’ Over” is only his second to go platinum in the US. 2011 single “Tomorrow” was the first.
