twenty one pilots’ mainstream breakthrough “Stressed Out” earned its platinum certification on January 8, 2016. The certification confirms a US unit total of at least 1 million. One unit is equal to 1 paid download or 100 streams.
Still gaining in overall popularity, “Stressed Out” grabs the #5 spot on this week’s Hot 100. It also holds at #1 on the Mediabase alternative radio airplay chart, and respectively reaches the Top 10 and Top 20 on the pop and hot adult contemporary listings.
