Twenty One Pilots’ “Stressed Out” Headed for Top 10 at Pop Radio

Twenty One Pilots’ “Stressed Out” continues to get bigger.

The song, which is serving as the duo’s mainstream breakthrough, is set to claim a Top 10 position on this week’s Mediabase pop airplay chart.

“Stressed Out” received 6,568 pop spins during the first five days of the January 3-9 tracking week. Up 14.6% from the previous week’s figure, the tally positions the song at #10 on Mediabase’s building chart.

Absent an imminent threat from below, “Stressed Out” should have no trouble maintaining its Top 10 standing through the close of the chart week.

— In addition to reaching the Top 10 at pop radio, “Stressed Out” is poised to reach the Top 20 at the hot adult contemporary format. It will hold atop the alternative airplay chart.
