On the evening of Friday, January 8, Iggy Azalea Tweeted, “got something coming for u guys Jan 14th.”
In shifting fans’ attention to January 14, the Tweet cleverly overlooked a more pressing reality: Azalea was also prepared to deliver something later Friday night.

After months of speculation and discussion, some of which was fueled by the rapper herself, Azalea released a new song called “Azillion.”
The medium of release? SoundCloud.
Featuring heavy EDM influences, the track had generated 16,500 views within its first hour of release. The number will grow exponentially as word circulates.
Azalea was very clear in identifying the song as a “buzz track” from her “Digital Distortion” project. It is not slated as an official radio single.
