Twenty One Pilots’ “Stressed Out” Joins Top 15 at Pop Radio, Halsey’s “New Americana” Top 25

Powered by the format’s second-greatest weekly airplay gain, twenty one pilots’ “Stressed Out” jumps into the Top 15 on Mediabase’s pop radio airplay chart.

Up two places, “Stressed Out” takes #14 on this week’s chart. It received ~7,536 pop plays during the December 20-26 tracking week.

This week’s spin count bests last by a healthy 1,194. Only Justin Bieber’s #16 “Love Yourself” (+1,601) enjoyed a greater weekly gain at pop radio.

“Stressed Out” concurrently extends its reign atop the alternative airplay chart and rises to #21 at hot adult contemporary radio.

— As for pop, “Stressed Out” is the only addition to the weekly Top 15. One song does, however, make an inaugural appearance in the Top 25.

Spun ~3,017 times during the official tracking week (+19), Halsey’s “New Americana” rises two places to #25.
