Selena Gomez’ “Hands To Myself” Re-Enters Top 10 on US iTunes Sales Chart

Following the December 8 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show broadcast, Selena Gomez’ “Hands To Myself” soared into the Top 10 on the US iTunes sales chart.

Lacking radio exposure — or another means of sustaining that momentum — it naturally slipped from the Top 10 (but continued to sell respectably) as buzz from the televised performance faded.

Following the December 21 music video release, “Hands” has flown back into the Top 10.

As of press time (4PM ET on 12/22), the presumed third single from Gomez’ “Revival” is #10 on the all-genre US iTunes single sales chart. Prior to the Monday evening release of the video, the song was positioned outside of the Top 25 (a position itself aided by teasers for the full video release).

“Hands To Myself” is not the only Gomez track prominently positioned on the chart. Current radio track “Same Old Love” is currently #5 on the listing. Only Adele’s #1 “Hello,” Justin Bieber’s #2 “Love Yourself,” Justin Bieber’s #3 “Sorry,” and twenty one pilots’ #4 “Stressed Out” claim higher positions.
