First Pop Callout Scores Emerge For Shawn Mendes & Camila Cabello’s “IKWYDLS”

The first pop radio callout scores have emerged for Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello’s Top 20 pop single “I Know What You Did Last Summer,” and they reveal a decent audience reaction.

Featured in the weekly Mediabase/CMM report, the song’s positive, negative, and net positive scores rank above the median.

According to the report, “IKWYDLS” holds a positive reaction from 62.4% of listeners, a negative reaction from 22.9%, and a net positive score of 39.4%.

Of the 35 current pop songs featured in this week’s report, “IKWYDLS” has the 16th-greatest positive score, the 11th-lowest negative score, and the 13th-highest net positive score.

While the song’s “favorite” score of 16.5% is below the median (10th-lowest), it is at least partially bottlenecked by the song’s relative newness.

As awareness grows — only 60.2% of this week’s pop survey panel identified the song as “familiar” — the favorite rating may increase.
