Disturbed’s “The Light” Claims #1 at Active Rock Radio

The second single from Disturbed’s “Immortalized” this week becomes the band’s second straight #1 hit at active rock radio.

Spun 1,726 times during the November 29-December 5 tracking week (+103), Disturbed’s “The Light” rises one place to #1 on the Mediabase active rock airplay chart. It dethrones Bring Me The Horizon’s “Throne,” which slips to #2 courtesy its 1,640 weekly spins (-118).

“The Light” is the follow-up to Disturbed’s “The Vengeful One,” which also reached #1 on the active rock chart.

Up one place, Five Finger Death Punch’s “Wash It All Away” rises to #3 on this week’s chart. It received 1,620 weekly plays (+186).

Breaking Benjamin’s former #1 “Angels Fall” slips one place to #4 with 1,347 weekly spins (-200), while Ghost’s “Cirice” holds at #5. It received 1,251 plays during the official tracking week (+52).
