The Band Perry’s “Live Forever” Receiving Hot AC Radio Push

While its run at country radio appears over, The Band Perry’s “Live Forever” is now being worked to the hot adult contemporary format.

The song is now featured on Republic Records’ hot adult contemporary promotion list. The label is also promoting songs like Shawn Mendes’ “Stitches,” James Bay’s “Let It Go,” Demi Lovato’s “Confident,” Fall Out Boy’s “Irresistible (featuring Demi Lovato),” The Score’s “Oh My Love,” and DNCE’s “Cake By The Ocean” at the format.

According to Mediabase, “Live Forever” received 29 hot adult contemporary spins from a total of 3 stations during the November 8-14 tracking week.

Issued as the lead single from the sibling trio’s “Heart + Beat,” the song had a short and disappointing run at the country radio format. It peaked at #27 on Billboard Country Airplay and is no longer on the active chart.

TBP recently performed “Live Forever” — via hologram — on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”
