Taylor Swift’s “Wildest Dreams” Starting to Rise at Rhythmic Radio

While its greatest success has thus far come at the pop, hot adult contemporary and adult contemporary formats, Taylor Swift’s “Wildest Dreams” is beginning to gain some attention at rhythmic radio.

The track, which is the fifth single from “1989,” received 234 rhythmic spins during the first five days of the September 6-12 tracking week. Up a whopping 175.3% from last week’s mark, the count thus far ranks as the week’s 50th-greatest for a rhythmic radio single.

At this point last week, “Wildest Dreams” ranked at #82.

Given that it is still rising, “Wildest Dreams” will almost certainly retain its Top 50 position over the final two days of the tracking period.

— “Wildest Dreams” is concurrently positioned at #15 on the building pop chart, #16 on the building hot adult contemporary chart, and #17 on the building adult contemporary chart.

It will surely retain its Top 15 pop position–and likely secure a Top 15 Hot AC position–as the tracking week draws to a close.
