Monday’s season (and almost certainly series) finale of ABC’s “The Whispers” enjoyed slight week-over-week gains in adults 18-49 and total viewership.
Per final broadcast data, the episode drew a 0.7 adults 18-49 rating with 2.75 million viewers. It was the most-watched episode since the August 3 installment.
Last week’s “The Whispers” scored a 0.6 with 2.68 million; both numbers were up from those of the August 17 edition, which delivered a 0.5 in adults 18-49 and reached 2.51 million viewers.
After premiering with a respectable 1.5 rating and 5.66 million viewers on June 1, “The Whispers” quickly slipped into softer territory.
It then took another hit following the conclusion of its “The Bachelorette” lead-in. The show’s five August episodes aired out of ABC’s decidedly lower-rated “Bachelor in Paradise: After Paradise” — none drew better than a 0.7 in adults 18-49 and 2.77 million in total viewership.
