Shawn Mendes’ “Stitches” Goes Top 25 at Pop Radio; Jidenna’s “Classic Man” Also Enters

In addition to crossing the 500,000 US sales mark, Shawn Mendes’ “Stitches” also earns a Top 25 position on this week’s Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.

Up three places, “Stitches” earns the #24 spot on this week’s chart. It received ~3,257 plays during the August 9-15 tracking period (+405).

“Stitches” easily ranks as the highest-charting hit of the teen artist’s career. Previous singles “Life of the Party” and “Something Big” did not even reach the Top 40.

— Jidenna’s “Classic Man” also enters the Top 25 on this week’s chart. The multi-format hit rises four places to a peak of #25 at pop radio. It scored ~2,478 tracking week spins (+63).
