Ratings: “Austin & Ally” Viewership Rises for Becky G Episode

Sunday’s “Austin & Ally,” which featured a guest appearance by Becky G, was the series’ most-watched episode since February. It also ranked as Disney’s #1 Sunday program in most key demographics.

Entitled “Dancers & Ditzes,” the episode drew a 0.44 adults 18-49 rating with 2.245 million total viewers. Both numbers top those of the previous episode, which achieved a 0.39 with 2.016 million viewers on June 21.

Not since the February 15 “Seniors & Seniors” episode has an “Austin & Ally” broadcast attracted as many viewers. That episode reached 2.35 million.

The episode was also the first “Sounds of Summer” broadcast to enjoy a week-over-week ratings gain. The Pentatonix edition of “KC Undercover,” RaeLynn edition of “I Didn’t Do It” and The Vamps edition of “Jessie” all failed to outdraw their previous episodes.

It, moreover, topped fellow Disney shows “Best Friends Whenever” (0.35, 2.021 million) and “KC Undercover” (0.34, 1.987 million).
