Attention is shifting to his new single “Can’t Feel My Face,” but The Weeknd’s “Earned It” is not done racking up achievements.

The song, which became The Weeknd’s first Top 5 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 and spent time atop the pop and rhythmic airplay charts, has officially crossed the 2 million sales mark in the United States.

According to Nielsen Music, “Earned It” moved 38,100 copies during the June 15-21 tracking week. That brought its cumulative US sales total to 2.021 million.

“Earned It” had already been certified double platinum (as of April 2015) based on moving 2 million digital units. A digital unit is equivalent to one paid download or 100 streams.

Effectively a lock to go platinum in its own right, the aforementioned “Can’t Feel My Face” moved 176,000 copies in its first two weeks.

Despite not receiving significant airplay, fellow new release “The Hills” is also performing well. When the 6/15-21 tracking week closed, its US sales total stood at 330,818.
