Tim McGraw Goes Top 5 at Country Radio, Brantley Gilbert Enters Top 10

While the majority of country radio dialogue will focus on Kelsea Ballerini’s ascent to #1, her “Love Me Like You Mean It” is not the only song on the move this week.

Tim McGraw’s “Diamond Rings and Old Barstools (with Catherine Dunn)” also crosses a new checkpoint. Cut from his “Sundown Heaven Town,” the track rises two places to a new peak of #5 on the Mediabase country radio singles chart.

“Diamond Rings,” which received ~6,735 weekly spins and ~47.167 million audience impressions during the June 14-20 tracking week, is McGraw’s third straight Top 5 hit.

While McGraw’s tune is the only new addition to the top five, one song does vault into the Top 10 this week. Brantley Gilbert’s “One Hell of an Amen,” that song, jumps two places to #10 on the Mediabase chart. It received ~4,912 spins and ~34.814 million audience impressions during the June 14-20 tracking week.
