Singles from three high-profile country names earned gold certifications during the first week of June.
According to the RIAA, Florida Georgia Line’s “Sippin’ on Fire,” Billy Currington’s “We Are Tonight” and Dierks Bentley’s “Say You Do” have been officially certified gold under the Digital Singles program.
The certification confirms that each single has moved at least 500,000 units in the United States. A unit is equal to 1 paid download or 100 streams.
All three singles hit #1 at country radio; the Florida Georgia Line single is the format’s current chart topper.
