Ratings: HBO’s “Game of Thrones” Falls Slightly This Week

Still a dominant force–and by far the top-rated program on television this week–Sunday’s “Game of Thrones” nonetheless endured a slight week-over-week decline.

The episode, which was the fifth of the fifth season, posted a 3.48 adults 18-49 rating and drew a total of 6.60 million viewers. Last week’s episode scored a 3.56 with 6.82 million viewers.

By a slim margin, this week’s episode actually ranks as the least-watched installment of the season.

HBO’s other Sunday programming included “Silicon Valley” (0.92 with 1.53 million vs. a 1.03 with 1.75 million last week), “Veep” (0.43 with 0.82 million vs. a 0.52 with 0.98 million last week) and “Last Week Tonight” (0.59 with 1.20 million vs. a 0.71 with 1.40 million last week).
