Whether one looks at the Mediabase country radio chart or the Billboard Country Airplay chart, he will find Blake Shelton’s “Sangria” inside the Top 20.
“Sangria,” the third single from Shelton’s “Bringing Back the Sunshine,” rises six places to #20 on the Mediabase chart and three places to #18 on Billboard’s listing.
Its Mediabase chart ranking comes courtesy the 10,922 chart points it received during the most recent tracking week. “Sangria” received 3,089 weekly spins (+943) and 24.493 million weekly impressions (+7.588 million) from Mediabase’s monitored stations.
Little Big Town’s “Girl Crush” (#19, +2; 11,314 points) also joins the Mediabase Top 20 this week.
“Sangria” reaches #18 on Country Airplay thanks to the 17.350 million tracking week impressions (+3.885 million) it received from the Billboard panel. It is the chart’s only new Top 20 addition.
Previous “Sunshine” singles “Neon Light” and “Lonely Tonight (featuring Ashley Monroe)” hit #1 on both charts.
